Thank you for your purchase from Rolux Creative Shop! Each of our resin creations is handcrafted with care, and we hope you love your item as much as we loved making it. Because our pieces are custom and handmade, please review the policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, we always want you to be happy with your purchase—if there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can make it right (see below).

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect and package every item before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

To report an issue, email us at roluxcreaticeshop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll determine the best solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item (if possible)

  • A store credit or partial refund

Please note: Minor imperfections, air bubbles, or color variations are natural results of the resin curing process and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized resin pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged. We will communicate design details with you before production to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a replacement item is approved due to damage or defect, we will cover return or replacement shipping costs as appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an item has been shipped and tracking information provided, Rolux Creative Shop LLC is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, or theft during transit.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist with carrier claims when possible.

 

Refund Processing (if applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
